What if we treated everybody under the assumption that they are doing the very best that they can do, given their circumstances? Granted, not everybody is doing that, but when you replace judgment with compassion and condemnation with respect, you are the hands and feet of Jesus.
We are not called to judge and condemn. We are called to love.
“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” (John 13:34-35)
